During the initial consultation, we will discuss your goals, health history, and go through a brief workout to gauge your current level of fitness. We will then discuss how we can develop a customized program to allow you to reach your health and fitness goals.
Sessions must be cancelled/rescheduled at least 3 hours in advance to avoid being charged. No Calls/No Shows will be charged for that session. If a client is late for a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
