After purchasing the combo plan, we will contact you for your dietary needs, preferences, and goals.  The meal plan will consist of 7 different meal options each for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well an overview of dieting tips.  The workout plan is a 6 week plan.  The regimen is based on your personal needs.


After providing us the necessary information, your plan will be emailed to you within 1 week.
