Lose up to 20 pounds with the 6 week Butt and Gutt Challenge! Tighter Butt, flatter Gutt! The focus will primarily be lower body and abs, but will also include total body conditioning.
The program includes 12 workout sessions (2x/week) and a meal plan. The 6 week program will be offered in-person and virtual. Location and virtual details will be emailed after purchase.
The program will run from 5/25-7/1. Sessions will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm-645pm.
